Specific Achievement Our key achievement is developing the "Sole-30" formulation, which replaces 50% of conventional TPR with 30% rice husk, 10% castor oil, and 10% natural rubber latex. Quantitatively, this cuts TPR consumption by half—from 448 kg to 224 kg per 1,000 shoe pairs. Qualitatively, it retains excellent functional properties, including a tensile strength of 3.28 MPa and optimal flexibility.
