More specifically, we added a dedicated subsection explaining how the present study is consistent with earlier research on mobile monitoring and low-cost sensors, while extending prior work by incorporating dynamic operational challenges, spatial coverage estimation, and cost-efficiency indicators into a single analytical framework.
