More specifically, we introduced a 10-year life-cycle cost framework including installation, maintenance, calibration, communication, and operational costs for both fixed and mobile monitoring configurations. We also added cost–benefit indicators to strengthen the practical value of the comparison. This change can be found in Section 4.1.4 (Cost Analysis Framework).
