It is important to clarify that this study does not present new experimental meas-urements. Instead, it develops a theoretical and analytical framework based on litera-ture parameters, technical specifications of monitoring technologies, and scenar-io-based modeling. The objective is to evaluate the feasibility, economic efficiency, and spatial performance of a dynamic mobile monitoring approach adapted to medi-um-sized industrial cities.
This study should be understood as a theoretical analysis rather than new experimental research.
